UNLEAVENED BREAD RECIPE - BUTTERSCOTCH BETWEENS |
BUTTERSCOTCH BETWEENS
3/4 c.
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 t. salt
1 1/2 c. flour
1 C. rolled oats
1 1/3 c. sweetened condensed milk
1 C. butterscotch pieces (8oz)
1 C. coconut
1 C. nuts
Cream butter with sugar and salt. Blend in flour and oats until particles are fine.
Press 2/3 of crumb mixture into bottom of greased 13x9 pan. Sprinkle with butterscotch pieces, then with coconut then with nuts.
Pour condensed milk over. Bake in 350* 30-35 min until golden brown.
