To download a file, just right click on the file and then select
"save Link as" for Netscape
or
"save target as" for Internet Explorer. Then follow the prompts for where to put the file on your computer's disk drive.

By "right clicking" you retain control of where the file will be put. What happens if you "left click" is likely to be controlled by:
1. what software you have on your computer
and
2. how your computer is configured.
Some "application" on your computer may have "been given ownership" of files that have the same ending on the file name as the file you are downloading. That may well control where on your computer the file gets stored and/or what happens with it when it gets there.

These files are mostly 2 to 3 megabytes and will take around 20 minutes to download if you happen to have a good phone connection on a 56k modem. Those of you with a cable modem will probably laugh at the rest of us as you will get them in about 90 seconds each.

For lack of detailed musical-culture knowledge the listing gives the songs by first lines rather than actual titles. An attempt has been made to accurately list the principal vocalists where the voice could be identified, and the spellings are on a best effort basis, no offense or slight intended.
