THE FEAST OF TABERNACLES – 2016

Greetings Brethren,                                                                                      March 11, 2016

     The Feast of Tabernacles and the 8^th Day of the Feast - Oct. 17 thru Oct. 24, 2016 - will be held in Gainesville, GA at the Holiday Inn Lanier Centre.  Opening service will be Sunday evening, Oct. 16^th at 7:30 PM, with services the following day at 10:30 AM and 2:30 PM.

     Gainesville is approximately one hour northeast of the Atlanta airport with shuttle service available at a cost of $105.00 plus tax round trip for one person and a charge of $15.00 for each additional passenger.

     Both housing and the meeting hall will be at the Holiday Inn. Standard motel rooms will be blocked for us at a cost of $85.00 per night, including tax, with a hot buffet breakfast included. All rooms have a microwave, small refrigerator and wireless internet.  There are laundry facilities on premise.

      
     Reservations should be made thru the church by Sept. 12th, along with a deposit of $100.00 payable to Church of God, and mailed to PO Box 406, Hustisford, WI 53034, USA.  Anyone requiring 2nd tithe assistance should contact me as soon as possible to review your needs. No one should stay home from the feast for lack of funds.

     Also, anyone with special needs or wanting adjoining rooms please contact me early.

     A group buffet luncheon is planned for between services on the first day of the feast and on the Sabbath between the Holy Days. On the 8th Day of the Feast there will be a group brunch around 10:30 AM.  All three meals will be served in a room adjoining the meeting hall. There is no charge for the meals; however, a donation is requested to help defray costs.

     There will be a hospitality room serving a light lunch at times that will be announced each day. 

     An outing or tour is planned for the group, also a bocce ball tournament open to all. All group activities are at no charge, but again, donations are appreciated.
